In our 40's, as we began to have the time to enjoy dancing again, our bodies didn't cooperate. We discovered the Feldenkrais Method, and now that we're in our late 50's, we're loving the increased comfort, balance, and dance endurance we've found as a result of our own practice of the Feldenkrais Method.
